Experience

I received my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics, Immunology, and Microbiology from the University of California in Los Angeles. While in college, I worked on a Biochemistry and Microbiology project in the Molecular Biology Institute-Department of Energy. I also spent time tutoring children in a variety of subjects. I like to teach Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, U.S. History, and Government. I am able to assist students in related AP-level courses, too. When tutoring my students, I like to make sure they have a complete understanding of the subject matter. My patient demeanor allows me to make sure students have a firm grasp on individual concepts. I like to instill a proper set of problem-solving and learning skills within my students. This allows the students to be more successful in their future academic careers.I currently work at South Bay Family Health Care as an Outreach Specialist. In my free time, I love to read, watch football, try new foods, and go exploring to new areas in my city.
